The 8th Annual Ohio Scholastic Play-by-Play Classic will tip-off Saturday, January 23 at Value City Arena, featuring some of the best high school boys basketball players and teams in Ohio and around the nation…the Play by Play Classic is the premier showcase for today’s high  school stars and tomorrow’s superstars.
